In Puerto Rico, food, rhythm and Boricua women, inspired Ben Lapidus to write a great picaresque song called “Bizcocho”. In the song he says he has searched all over the world and is looking for the best bisquet maker in the world and only leads or just a little taste of her bizcocho!
